Information about buying products from ROKL
Welcome to the payment guide of our outdoor kitchens. Here you can find the information about payment and delivery conditions. In case of questions and doubts, contact our customer service team, we would be happy to help you!
Responsible for payment - When you sign this order from your purchase is finalized and you will have a payment responsibility for the specific order. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. We reserve the right to have products selling out of stock, if your order is affected we will contact you by email immediately.
All the prices include VAT and shipping within Mainland England and Wales. For more info regarding deliveries please contact our custom service team.
Payment in advance - You can choose to pay in advance before your order is delivered 14 days prior to delivery. We will send you an email confirmation with instructions on how to pay into our bank account. Your order will be dispatched as soon as we receive your cleared payment. This will normally show in our account within 2-3 bank days. When the order is sent, you will receive an receipt for accounting purposes.
Payment by card - When paying by card, the total sum of your order will be reserved directly on your card upon the placement of your order. The amount will be withdrawn from your card within 7 days after placing the order. If you do not require your order to be debited before your order has been delivered, we kindly ask you to select another payment method.
Shipping Information
All our outdoor kitchens are delivered by our own delivery team. If you buy an outdoor kitchen with us, it will arrive at your home. Often, delivery is made within a 3 hour interval, for example between 08:00 to 11:00*. Local deviations may occur and sometimes there can be set dates and times for delivery.
Delivery fee
We charge a £99 delivery fee.
Please note! The delivery time may vary for different products and if the product is in stock, a delivery time of 2-3 weeks from receipt of order and approval of payment applies. Remember to check the goods when they arrive! Visible damage should be reported directly to the driver and hidden damage reported within 3 days after receiving the shipment. Please always receive the goods yourself, so that they are not waiting for a long time without being checked. We can do nothing to remedy shipping damage filed later than 3 days.
If you have received damaged goods, contact us before installing them in order to save unnecessary installation costs. Please make sure that you have received all items in your order and that no parts are missing before you book an installation. If you find out that parts are missing after the fact, we will not pay for double installation costs.
*If you do not receive or pick up your package within 14 days, a fee for uncollected parcels applies. The fee is as follows:​Complete kitchens - £90​​​ Other products - £20
RIGHT OF REVOCATION
When purchasing a product from us, you always have the right to change your mind within 14 days. This means in simple terms that you are able to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you received the product. The product does not need to be returned to us within the 14 days, but you need to notify us within 14 days. This is done most easily by email. The repayment of your paid sum (in full, including shipping & handling fee) will be returned to you as soon as possible. The legal requirement is 30 days from the date we receive the returned products, but this is of course always sent faster. To get a full refund of the order value upon exercise of the right to return, the goods must be in the so-called essentially unchanged condition. If the product has been used, a depreciation cost will be deducted, which is the value of depreciation of the goods which can be deemed to have been in use. This decrease is primarily determined based on what the product can be sold for as used. When exercising the right of withdrawal you are responsible for return shipping. PRIVACY POLICY

Our privacy policy is based on the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018) and the UK General Data Protecion Regulation (UK GDPR). Detailed information about GDPR is found on their webpage. This privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

1. What do we store and how do we use it? Read Bespoke Interiors Limited collects customer user data in order to deliver a seamless and safe service for customers. We collect data by three reasons.
A. To be able to complete purchases. B. Through contact with our customer relations team. C. Through our loyalty program.
This data may include your name, delivery and billing address, email address, contact numbers and specific purchase details. Please see Attachment 1 for detailed information about the information gathered. In addition to data collection, when you browse our websites, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to transfer information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. This is not connected to any personal information. Our web sites use cookies in order to make it functional.
2. On what basis are you storing my personal data? There are a number of lawful basis for storing customer data, such as legal basis and consent. Please see attachment 1 for a specification of which lawful basis we have for certain types of activities related to your communication with us.
3. How do you get my consent? The information collected when placing an order is based on legal requirements. When you provide your personal information by applying to our loyalty program or contacting our customer service team, we imply that your consent of us collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
4. How do I withdraw my consent? If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us at sales@rokl.co.uk. The same goes for any matter regarding transfers of your personal information to other companies.
5. Security - In order to protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

o IT-partners that we need to run our services, such as hosting partners, customer service softwares.
6. Changes of our privacy policy - Any changes to our privacy policy in the future will be published on this page and/or in our terms of purchase. More urgent changes to this privacy policy may be announced by email.
CLAIMS AND WARRANTY
At ROKL, we offer you warranty on all outdoor kitchen and products. As customer you have a 1 year guarantee from the date of purchase. In accordance with UK law, you as a customer have the right to make a claim for a product up to 6 years in the UK (5 years in Scotland). If you have problems with your product outside the warranty period, we will help you contact the vendor, free of charge. In case of shipping damage or product defects, please contact us at sales@rokl.co.uk.
WARRANTY B-GOODS
The product is and is sold as a bargain. The product may be packaged in non-original packaging, but is well packaged upon delivery. The product may have been in operation and/or been repaired. Before they are sold, bargain products are thoroughly functionally and aesthetically examined by technicians. This is also the reason why, although the product is a bargain, you get a 6-month warranty on your purchase.
Maintenance guide - How can I best take care of my outdoor kitchen?
Located outdoors, outdoor kitchens are exposed to wind, rain and other conditions that test the durability of outdoor kitchens. One factor that affects the durability of your outdoor kitchen is the type of steel, where we recommend 304 SS steel as the best option. Another important factor is care and maintenance of the kitchen. To maximise the life of your summer kitchen, we've put together our top tips for looking after your outdoor kitchen in the best possible way. 7 important points about maintaining your outdoor kitchen:
1. All cleaning and maintenance should be carried out when the units are cold. If the unit is powered by LPG, turn it off and let it cool down before starting maintenance.
2. To maintain the high-quality appearance of your outdoor kitchen, we recommend washing it with mild soapy water and wiping it clean with a soft cloth, such as a microfiber cloth. Use cleaning agents suitable for stainless steel, e.g. WD-40 or Würth Cleaning for outdoor kitchens.
3. Cleaning the barbecue: The easiest way to clean barbecue grills is with a mixture of warm water and soap. For stubborn stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner, then rinse with water and let air dry. As the inside of LPG barbecues is not painted during manufacture, it may become discoloured after use. To remove this, you can
use a grill cleaner with a brush and then rinse with soapy water and let it air dry.
4. ROKL Black Collection gets its black-grey colour through a chemical process requiring you to use oil-based detergents when cleaning your kitchen.
5. Do not use abrasive or flammable cleaning agents as they may cause damage or fire.
6. Do not apply corrosive barbecue or oven cleaning agents to painted surfaces.
7. If your outdoor kitchen is outside all year round, we recommend using a protective cover in combination with regular maintenance.
NOTE! Barbecues should be cleaned after each use. The remaining modules in the outdoor kitchen should be cleaned thoroughly at regular intervals.
